  When I first started shopping at goodwill I was told I could exchange clothing at any Goodwill store. Turns out this is not true... exchanges are only accepted within certain regions. I bought in Federal Way and planned to do an exchange only 10 miles away at the Burien location because the garment did not fit but apparently being only 10 miles away is out of region. This was frustrating to learn especially after having to wait for a manager to do the exchange only to learn this regional info. Frustrating at the time but no big deal. Knowing this info now I went back to Burien and this time I had a $5 coupon. The person running the register did not know how coupons work and again I had to wait for a manager to scan a $5 coupon. The store is small, parking is terrible and everytime I have gone in I have to wait for a manager. No thank you... I just want to buy the item and go home but everytime I go it turns into a debacle.

  We’ve lived in the Burien area for over 30 years and have always loved coming here for unique finds. However, we are deeply concerned by the repeated harassment my boyfriend has faced from a specific security guard. Without any evidence of theft or a formal trespass letter, this individual regularly kicks him out, shouting and publicly embarrassing him in front of other customers. When confronted, the guard claimed my boyfriend 'confessed' to trying to steal—which is completely false. This ongoing harassment and verbal abuse are unacceptable. We hope management addresses this behavior, as it’s driving loyal local customers away."

  Alot of people, and alot if stuff..... but very little quality. It's stuff that should be in the bins. But thats just my opinion. There back left section where the electronics and home goods.....is ridiculous. To much stuff, on the floor and you can barely shop because of the people and how much stuff is in the way. I hate to do this, but I gotta...... Goodwill, the guy that's working the fitting rooms...... he either needs a shower, deodorant, both or something. Because holy CRAP he smells!!!! I almost couldn't stand it.
