- CMcailona moritz4 days ago1.0Fire alarm went off we had to wait a hour to get back in which is understandable but then the manager was like nope we have to take our breaks. Come back in 45 min. What a joke. And no discount! The donation is right in front and causes so much traffic jams and is confusing as heck. THEY WORK SO SLOW. SLOTH STATUS. If you need anything just have patience I guess because these workers really dont care.

There's always something good for sale and if anything the tend to under value there stock but I'm not complaining. We go at lest once a week and always walk out spending money.

- BJBen JonesMay 25, 20261.0I’d give them 20 negative stars if I could. People out in the parking lot giving traffic instructions that don’t even look like they work there. Waited in line for a good amount of time just to be told “we’re not accepting large items”. To be clear, a beach umbrella in a travel case and a folding dog kennel wouldn’t be accepted. The person manning the donations area was rude and not helpful in any way but making us upset and confused
