I needed to donate a lounging chair and called to confirm they had space for the size I was trying to donate, and they said yes. I drove 25 minutes and waited 15 minutes in line to be told that they didn't have room and wouldn't take it. I'm not sure if there was miscommunication or something, but gas is expensive and so is time.
