Everything is absolutely beautiful, though a couple of the items in the snack basket were past date(not their fault- I get expired stuff from the grocery store all the time and not realize until I get home). A gentleman picked up the phone, and was incredibly gracious and offered to have a replacement sent over same day, which was above and beyond my expectations. Super super kind of them to do. So A+ on the florals, and A+ on customer service. Would happily recommend this shop to anyone sending a little joy out.

I ordered summer flowers (floral fantasy) for Mother’s Day to be delivered today and they were not as beautifully arranged like the pictures shown here. It definitely does not look like the example picture and I paid extra for a fuller look. The flowers also looked thrown together instead of carefully arranged. Overall, I definitely wish there was more consistency between the picture and finished product.
