- GGGrrAly GatorAug 6, 20262.0My husband purchased flowers for me for our anniversary. They were supposed to be delivered at my work but the lady couldn’t find the address. So she was kind enough to meet me at the Bangor Gate since I live on base. Which I am TRULY grateful for. I loved the bouquet at first, but the next day, I noticed the roses started dying. THE NEXT DAY. By day 4, I had to throw them away because they started smelling. Like a horrible smell. My husband called and they told him since they didn’t have the flowers IN HAND that they couldn’t give a full refund. I’m sorry but if I paid $100 for an arrangement, I’d expect it to last longer than 4 days. Customer service lacks BIG TIME. Super upset that my husband spent the money to surprise me (since he is overseas in Guam right now) and I get nothing but disappointment and a partial refund. Do better.
