- GZGabby ZumpanoMar 20, 20241.0I went in for quality control reasons as a pair of my leggings had ripped on the seam in two separate places. They told me they would not replace my leggings even though they were purchased less than 12 months ago, and that the only option would be to send them to a seamstress. This completely defeats the point of their quality control promise, especially since they’re changing the rules to be that you can only get the item replaced if the tear is on a seam and the item was purchased less than 12 months. There is clear faulty sewing on my leggings and a massive amount of pilling. Their leggings are not worth the $100+ when they pill and tear after less than a year.
