  We have been Lego member for years and our family always came to this Lego store for kids’ gifts. My son used his savings in summer and bought a LEGO set on 8/27, just a few days before a promotion started, and no one mentioned the upcoming promotion at the purchase time. Today when we found out we kindly ask if we could get eligible since we have receipt and pictures. The register staff originally agreed but his supervisor said there’s no way unless we purchase the set again. We then asked with our receipt and Lego photo in phone, if system would allow a return and repurchase immediately. We were told yes, but that we had to physically bring the set back to the store first. I understand the policy, but the way it was applied left no room for reasonable customer service and created a lot of unnecessary inconvenience. Same receipt, same product, essentially the same transaction — just a much more complicated process for the customer. It was a very terrible experience after-all. ————————— We ended up driving back again with the LEGO set, which was already assembled as I had mentioned earlier. The staff looked at it for no more than ONE second and immediately started the process. 🤷 Throughout the process, we were also told they were “making an exception,” but it was never clear what the exception actually was. From what I could tell, the return and repurchase still followed LEGO’s stated return policy. The end result was exactly the same, just with one extra unnecessary trip for the customer. Three suggestions for the LEGO Store: 1. If a promotion is starting within the next day or two and a customer’s purchase would qualify, please consider mentioning it at checkout. 2. Allow a little more flexibility and good judgment in situations like this. Policies are important but also cold, but staff should also be able to use common sense when the outcome is essentially the same and there’s a simpler solution for the customer. 3. If something is truly an “exception,” please be clear about what the exception actually is. Otherwise, it can feel more like a way to brush off the customer than a real explanation.

  Generally, I have good experiences here. The workers are pleasant and talkative and helpful When I need, but the selection was middling on my most recent visit. And I was very disappointed. I found nothing that I wanted. And it was extremely crowded. Generally, though, this is a fine enough lego store a little small, little tight, not great, but good enough.

  Fantastic Lego store. We've gone too many around the world and this one is definitely much smaller and has very few displays. But given all things, it's decent overall. Very friendly staff. All the Legos that are available are there. I do wish that they would continue the Lego trading Minifigures
