- SSSheenaJun 17, 20242.0The reps are the store were nice enough, but I did a custom order in the store and I asked if I was unhappy with it, if it'd be returnable and they said it would be. I was unhappy with it for a variety of reasons and tried to take it in for a return and was told custom orders aren't eligible for refunds. They weren't rude about it or anything and I can chalk this up to a mistake, I think the person who helped me do the custom order was new. I see a few other reviews mentioning issues with returns/refunds though and it seems like shady business practices from corporate. If you're paying $300 for something in the line of luxury products, I would expect more accommodating policies for customer satisfaction.
