Charged nearly $400 at the site, no receipt, no response to emails, couldn't be reached over the phone. My device started acting up and got violation because of coffee and milk according to the customer service rep. No help, no response, no fix. My car is now disabled and I have to spend more money to tow my car to their shop to be fixed. Just hard to reach the company. Can't even make an appointment to remove the device.

On my initial appointment, there was a device malfunction, so Ron immediately rescheduled for the following day. When I arrived the next day, same story. I guess they had received a shipment of devices that were having whatever malfunction it was. So we rescheduled again. In spite of the fact that they were extremely busy on the next appointment, he and his wife took care of me and got my device installed without a hitch this time. If you’ve made the same mistake I made, and you’re required to have an interlock device in your car, I highly recommend Os interlock

How does an Interlock Device work?
When you blow into your Ignition Interlock Device, you're providing a breath test sample in order to start the vehicle. The device then measures your Breath Alcohol Concentration (BrAC), and will either say that you passed, need to retest, or failed. You will be asked to take rolling retests throughout your drive.
