  We’ve been to a few Robbins Brothers locations in different states, this location has the best customer service by far. The store manager, Pingping, is so helpful and friendly and this store doesn’t push or pressure you at all. Michael helped us with a ring upgrade a couple years ago and it was a great experience. I live in a different state now and will wait to get help with my rings until I’m back in town and can visit this location.

  If you want no bs no hassle engagement ring/wedding band help these are 1000% your people. Best experience in any store I’ve been to. Bought both my fiancés rings here.

  Such a great experience with Michael! Me and my fiancé were struggling to find someone who could provide us with a great lab grown wedding band. We went to multiple places and they just didn’t have any and didn’t really try to work with us. Michael was different as he taught us a lot about rings and gave us the comforting experience of telling us what rings could look better. His experience really showed as he kept informing us about ring knowledge that was very helpful. If you need help with jewelry I would definitely make a stop with Mike you’ll be in great hands!

  My fiance and I are getting married in August and I was looking for a curved diamond pave wedding band in yellow gold that fits my engagement ring. I looked at what felt like a million places and stumbled across Robbins Brothers while feeling defeated and ready to start looking at custom options. Interestingly, most stores don't have a good yellow gold curved selection, but I was very pleasantly surprised when I stepped into Robbins Brothers and they had a ton of really good options to choose from, both in natural and lab grown diamonds. Once I found the ring I liked, I could take it home the same day, for a cheaper price than I was seeing online. And even better, when their 20% off sale started 4 days after I purchased the ring, they did a price adjustment for me. Because I had such an awesome experience with my wedding ring, I came back for my wedding jewelry and worked with Pingping to customize a necklace and earring set, using my own diamonds. She was so wonderful to work with and was very patient with me as I explored different styles and options. While my earrings are still in work, the necklace came out beautifully at a very reasonable pricepoint! I'll absolutely be coming back here for future jewelry projects and highly recommend.
