We had purchased my engagement ring from the same store but worked with a different associate at the time, and there were a few details I wasn’t completely happy with. Ping Ping stepped in with so much care and attention to detail. She really listened to what we wanted, helped us make the changes I’d been hoping for, and made the entire process feel easy and enjoyable. We just picked up my wedding band and it turned out beautifully, if you are looking for someone who genuinely cares about getting every detail right ask for Ping Ping!
