- TLTina LMay 2, 20265.0I had a frustrating experience previously where my order was completely messed up — there was no update, neither customer serive nor the store staff could locate the order, and they both mention they didn’t have access to the necessary information (which sounds weird??). However, I want to highlight the outstanding service from the new store manager, Corey. On the same day I submitted my complaint, Corey personally reached out to me, took the situation seriously, and handled everything professionally and efficiently. It made a huge difference to feel heard and taken care of. Mistakes can happen, but what really matters is how they are resolved — and Corey did an excellent job. Really appreciate the effort and customer care.
