I made an appointment weeks ago online for optometry specifically. When I got there I was asked if I was sure my appointment was today, their optometrist is not in on Sundays or Mondays. I could reschedule for tomorrow, this would require another 4 hours of driving. I just wanted to get my prescription put in a pair of sunglasses, the website does not allow me to put prescription on certain frames. I left with a sorry try again. My time was wasted, and I still dont have sunglasses.
