  I had the most wonderful customer service experience today with Luca. I came in with my son to find a last minute suit for a wedding. Luca helped find a very nice blue suit, brown shoes, and a belt! All for a great price! Thanks!

  I rarely leave negative reviews because I understand customer service can be challenging, but this experience at Nordstrom Rack was disappointing. I visited this location to return several items that I had purchased from Nordstrom. I requested a card lookup and also had the Nordstrom return barcode available. The employee assisting me (I believe her name was Nadia) immediately told me that neither a card lookup nor the return barcode could be used and insisted that only the original receipt would work. I explained that I had successfully completed the exact same type of return at this store the previous week, but she repeatedly told me it was not possible and refused to help. Rather than argue, I went to another register downstairs. The associate there immediately confirmed that a card lookup and the Nordstrom return barcode could both be used, exactly as I had expected. What happened next was the most concerning part of my visit. I noticed the original employee had followed me downstairs, even though she worked in a different department. Instead of speaking to me directly, she stayed behind a clothing rack and communicated over the walkie-talkie, telling the downstairs associates not to process my return. This created unnecessary confusion, and the associates who were helping me became hesitant because they had received conflicting instructions. Eventually, my return was processed correctly, confirming that it could have been handled from the beginning. Everyone makes mistakes, and I would have understood if the employee simply wasn’t familiar with the policy. What disappointed me was the refusal to verify the policy and then interfering with another associate who was correctly assisting a customer. If there was a concern, it should have been addressed professionally and transparently—not by following a customer to another department and attempting to stop the transaction behind the scenes. I’ve been shopping and making occasional returns at Nordstrom and Nordstrom Rack for years and have never experienced anything like this. I hope management provides additional training on return policies and customer service so other customers don’t have a similar experience.

  Aggressively turned away multiple times for a simple refund! Just purchased couple days prior, mint condition. Had to read them their own Nordstrom Rack return policy (exhausting). Finally the manager did the refund but made it seem like she was doing some huge favor by looking up the transaction (simple process which barely took a few seconds). When I addressed their mishandling of the situation, manager yelled at me claiming it's because the return policy changed that day (apparently a blatant lie). Absolutely ridiculous experience and made me not want to come back. So unprofessional and makes the brand look terrible
