  My mom was very upset today because of her experience at this store. She does not speak English very well, and while shopping she picked out a jacket but needed to use the restroom. Since she was alone and didn’t know where it was safe to leave her cart — which contained her handbag and the jacket — she brought them with her into the restroom stall. An employee came in, knocked aggressively on the stall door, and treated her like she was a thief. The employee spoke to her loudly and angrily because she brought the cart inside the stall. My mom tried to explain that she didn’t want to leave her belongings unattended, but the employee continued with the same attitude and even waited outside the stall until my mom finished and left the restroom. This was completely unacceptable and humiliating behavior toward her. My mom’s whole day was ruined because of this experience, and she will probably never return to this store again. Shame on you.

  First time in with a bit of a predicament, that needed to be solved right away. Thi, the amazing and extremely helpful seamstress, helped me immediately and fixed my uniform trousers very professionally. Thi wouldn't let me tip her. she really has my sincere gratitude! Spencer, the sales assistant, I had a wonderful chat with, and he even searched for me in the store to let me know when my garments were ready. I wish that one day he will see the world! The atmosphere among staff is very light, they surely seem to love working there. Thank you all!

  The store manager refused a return for a recent purchase jacket with manufacturers defect. Take your business to Macy's.
