  Could be better. We went in and bought toddler shoes and those guys in that department were fantastic and super helpful when we had questions. However, we felt very uncomfortable and annoyed with the employees in the children’s clothing department. We were definitely profiled by the woman working there on Friday. Me and my sister are very obviously under 23 and Hispanic/latina and I get it, we weren’t exactly dressed the prettiest that day as we weren’t expecting to be stopping by however at the same time we felt so annoyed by the amount of times they came up to us and told us “let us know if you have any questions” then they consistently lingered around us and started “fixing” the same clothing racks around us the whole time. We eventually got fed up and left because with me also being a sales associate elsewhere, i recognized her behavior quickly since Ive received similar training for theft. We felt kind of offended, stereotyped and so out of place simply because of how we looked. I just wanted to buy some clothes for my son :( Not shopping at this location anymore.

  I was browsing perfumes and didn’t end up buying anything, but Alejandro was amazing. Our interaction was short but he made it memorable with his friendly and casual service style. It felt like talking to a knowledgeable buddy about what perfume is the best. Love !!!

  We visited Nordstrom with a fragrance in mind for a gift. We appreciate he level of service provided by Tatayana as we looked at several fragrances. She provided a best in class and experience for us.

  We had a wonderful experience with Teresa at Nordstrom Bellevue Square in the fragrance department. She was incredibly patient and helpful while we explored Creed and several other fragrances, answering all of our questions and really educating us along the way. She took her time, never made us feel rushed, and ultimately helped us find a fragrance we really loved. Teresa was genuinely nice, knowledgeable, and made the whole experience enjoyable. We really appreciated her help and will definitely come back to see her the next time we’re looking for fragrances or anything in the cosmetics department. Highly recommend Teresa!

  I’m a longtime loyal Nordstrom customer, I love the men’s salespeople (especially Loan!), the newly expanded niche cologne selection, and skilled alterations department (perfect every time). Everything Nordstrom is the best. Longtime salespeople are super helpful, the younger kids working need more training on how to be genuinely helpful styling you and about store selection. For example, I asked a young woman working in beauty where Barbara Sturm was and she said they didn’t have it in store, even though there’s a whole Sturm counter very close to where we were standing One important note: please add more staff to return/order pickup counter. Every time I go, there is a huge long line and wait time. Every customer is irritated by this! It’s not consistent with Nordstrom’s ethos of high customer satisfaction. Drop box kiosks like Amazon/FedEx would also greatly ease this annoying bottleneck. Nordstrom’s new policy of only being able to return designer in store makes this even worse Personally would love to see more selection in designer men’s, but overall pretty good there!
