- AWAlina W4 days ago5.0I don’t write many reviews, but the two ladies working the registers the morning of 10/11 were amazing. They patiently helped me do a complicated return and price match order for an item I ordered online that came with a defect. I’ve gotten a couple not so great items from madewell online lately, and was starting to question the brand. But, this type of customer service really makes a huge difference. Thank you!

I had come in to wander and had no specific intention to buy anything but I saw their new airy denim and had to try! They were so sweet and accommodating with helping my figure out size and giving me real time feedback (I was with my toddler so he was not available to help in that department haha) I walked out with 2 pairs of my new perfect summer denim! I did not feel judged, or ignored or looked down on. It was a very uplifting and positive experience and I plan on returning soon :) thank you so much!!

- KMKJM MANNIONOct 1, 20221.0For the second time in a few years a $100 pair of garment-dyed pants washed unevenly. I went in to bring it to their attention. Instead of being polite and professional, it was like sitting for a deposition; the employee was incredibly impolite. Bellevue Square is my closer, but I’ll just go to UVillage. Shopping is meant to be enjoyable.
