  Lululemon ruined my pants, made me spend 1.5 HOURS trying to fix their mistake, and then treated me like I was trying to get a free pair. I brought my Groove pants here for hemming 3 weeks ago. The associate was careless while marking the length, and when I questioned it and asked her to remeasure, she became visibly impatient and rolled her eyes. I picked them up today and they had been over-hemmed by about 2 inches. When I asked them to fix their mistake, another associate named Kiana processed a return + repurchase instead of the exchange I requested, leaving me to pay additional tax because I originally bought them in a lower-tax state. When I came back to have that corrected, she condescendingly said if I really “want my $5 back” she could try another process. What followed was 1.5 hours of waiting, almost no communication, and me repeatedly asking other employees for updates. After ~40 minutes in the back, she came out saying she had just started calling customer service. She then cancelled my replacement but couldn’t redo the return, temporarily leaving me with neither my original pants nor a replacement order. Customer service eventually instructed her to order another pair on the store’s behalf. She then repeatedly framed it as the store “buying” me new pants and emphasized that I wouldn’t receive a receipt because I wasn’t the one purchasing them as though I were getting something for free. I wasn’t asking for a free pair. Lululemon ruined the pants I already paid for, and I simply wanted them replaced without costing me additional money. Mistakes happen. What’s unacceptable is wasting 1.5 hours of a customer’s time and treating them condescendingly for asking the store to take responsibility for its own mistake.

  I love the sales rack. It’s a very big store. They have a variety of products that you see online. Educators were nice and helpful.

  To be honest, this was my first time ever shopping at a lululemon! Stopped by lululemon to grab some shorts right after having a delicious meal at Tavern Hall! The store is super clean and well-organized, making it easy to find exactly what I was looking for. The employees were friendly and helped me check out. Highly recommend this location if you are shopping around Bellevue Square! Located in Bellevue, Washington.
