  One of the worst customer experience I have ever received despite buying $200+ item. Either train your employees or get new ones! Never coming back again.

  Got returned label due to manufacturing defects- store associate refused to accept it, did not even called to customer service, absolutely no way to help- no wonder nobody wants to shop in this store anymore. Very frustrating she just told me go and ship return by yourself!

  I have been a loyal customer for years and I as well as my husband have began to experience an increasing amount of customer service issues at your Bellevue location. I tried to exchange a sweater that I received for Christmas, with tag on, that you still had on display but I didn’t have the email address of the person who purchased it- the CSR loudly said she wasn’t lying and that your store will not take back items without emails addresses- no one accused her of lying and she became escalated, not me. Today my husband went to buy me a birthday gift and AGAIN had horrible customer service to the point that he just left the store after the manager was increasingly rude to him about an item that I guess sold out quickly. I have loved this store for years, but your Bellevue location is horrendous. Please provide training and do better!

  Most employees at this location probably hate their job. Asked a male employee where an item was located and he just pointed in it's direction from far away instead of walking with me to show it. When asked again he clearly got upset and walked towards it and walked right back after pointing at it. My husband also asked him something and he gave a very brief and unclear reply. And just so you know, the store was almost empty with only one or two customers looking at stuff on their own. Please work elsewhere if you're so dissatisfied with your job as you're not doing anyone a favor by serving them at a business that pays you to do so. That and the employees would never bother to greet or acknowledge anyone let alone offer help with anything. This type of attitude is especially harmful for a struggling business/company like JCREW as the poor quality of the merchandise doesn't compensate for the inadequate customer service provided at their stores.
