  I had a suit made somewhere else that turned out a disaster. The folks at Hartmanns did some major surgery saved the suit! Excellent work and a very fast turnaround, and they were nice at every step. Thank you!!

  Terrible Service: I have had many suits made in other cities. Was looking for a nice custom suit for my the wedding. The first day I met the guy; he was absolutely amazing during consultation. However, things went downhill after I came for my fitting the first time. There were issues all over the place; the jacket was TOO long (like 6-7 inches longer); the pants were too loose. I asked him to make changes and pointing out all the things and he kept on getting annoyed. I came again for the second visit and he reduced the length; however he did not change the placement of the buttons; so the buttons were completely lower from where they should be. He complained that he cannot redo the whole suit again.. And the finishing touches were so bad that the length of one of the arms was longer and you can visibly see that there was more room on the right bicep than the other side. He was so frustrated and started calling names.. I insisted that it was for my wedding and its big event and needed it right.. I am spending close to 2000 for the suit. The third fitting ( about 4 days before the wedding); he did not change a thing; insisted that it will take him to redo the whole suit. He got so angry and started yelling. I took out my phone and started recording and he got really upset. He said take it or leave it. That put me in a really bad position. He then said that I am a little heavy and its not going to be perfect. Well thats not what he said during the first consultation. The only reason why I am giving him 2 stars because the Vest was perfect. It was probably the best tailored vest i have had (in comparision I only have vests with 2 of my about 16 tailored suits) I wish i could post videos where he was name calling and getting angry.. just the worst place i have been to.
