- AAAshmitha AMay 2, 20261.0There is no one to greet you when you walk in or sometimes you are just left waiting at the counter hoping someone will come over. The ones who are there behave like you are a huge burden for having decided to shop there. The manager behaves like he hates having to work there and hates you because of it. Okay pleasantries aside, did they atleast do their actual job well and price match the online cost? Nope. I wonder what do they get out of charging a customer full price instead of the discounted price. Is it an additional button that they have to press at the cash register which takes a toll on them? For an exchange item, they bluntly said they couldn't do anything about it whereas the other store in Tacoma actually worked it out with me. So in addition to being treated like an annoyance for deciding to shop there, you also lose money.

I went in last week @ 9:45am as the website says that open @ 9:30, So I waited until 10am as the manager, that knows me opened the door and didn't even say hello or welcome, She just walked away. It's because she had a problem on one of my returns last Christmas that she couldn't get the math right, So now she's rude to me and didn't even say hello. Oh and she knows who I am. Sorry sweetheart but I'll be shopping @ Nordstrom's for now on.

The sweater came with the security tag - they say I need to take it back to a store - which is far away and a lot of my own time - and no guarantee I won't be charged with stealing it. One of the jeans was also missing, with a note from a person at store saying they didn't have it. How much time have I spent on this to get what I ordered with no offers of money back, still have to spend time on the sweater - they offered me $5.00. This store is not a place to order from.
