  Absolutely horrendous customer service. I spent over $150 on my order and called the store because I needed help with an address change. The manager I spoke with was extremely rude and seemed irritated every time I asked a question. Instead of trying to help or even speaking to me respectfully, she made me feel like I was inconveniencing her simply by asking for assistance with my order. For a business that specializes in gifts and special occasions, customer service should be a major priority. When someone is spending over $150 to send something meaningful to another person, they should be able to call the store, ask reasonable questions, and receive courteous and professional assistance. The manager’s communication and attitude were completely inappropriate for someone working in a customer-facing position, especially in the gift-giving industry. Management should seriously address the level of customer service being provided at this location because this experience alone would make me think twice about ordering here again. Very disappointing experience.

  One of the worst customer experiences ive ever had and I will never use this business again because of it. Incredibly hostile and rude staff that HANG UP on you instead of canceling your order!

  This is one of the best gifts to give, especially when you need it to get there fast! I enjoy sending this to my adult kids as a thanks for all they do.
