  DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS FRANCHISE!! They are so rude and condescending. I called to check on the status of an order I made online 5 days prior that was supposed to be delivered today (Mother's Day). It's 5pm and I was wondering why it hadn't been delivered and why it wasn't even in route. The woman asked me for the last four digits of my order and when I responded, she rudely says it was delivered yesterday. I told her it wasn't delivered and online tracking shows it hadn't arrived yet. I told her the number she typed in must be incorrect, she called me a liar and hung up the phone. I called back multiple times, and got no answer. This franchise is terrible (as you can see from the other reviews), and I will never be ordering here again. I've ordered Edible Arrangements from locations across the country and have never experienced service like this. I will be spending my $200 elsewhere in the future. Save your time and your holiday, order somewhere else.

  We ordered chocolate covered strawberries and flowers for my sister-in-law’s birthday. She was very pleased with the flowers & strawberries. She said the strawberries were good and she liked her flowers. Since we don’t live in the area, I trusted them to make her day special! Thank you for good dependable service & products! ,

  I always send Edible Arrangements to my Great Niece. She loves all the fresh fruit and the fancy arrangements. It is also a thrill for her to have a delivery just for her.

  Unfortunately I was only able to order the fruit once, which was good, but the second time they were not able to fulfill my order.
