  DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE, BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE A coworker ordered from here for a work party we had planned and it was sent to the wrong place. When the arrangement was officially late, my coworker called to ask about the arrangement, some rude shop employee said that it had been delivered. I'm sure it had been, not not to us, not for our little party. My coworker experienced the same issues many of other reviewers have, rude customer service, the gaslighting of being old the product was delivered to the correct place when it wasn't, calling multiple times before getting someone on the phone, etc. An email was sent to cooperate about what happened and the case was closed without them putting in any actual effort in correcting their employees mistakes. The shop also told my coworker that they never get complaints. Clearly they do as I've read them here on Google, and they have 2.8 stars on Yelp. I'm sure I'll find low rates anywhere I look. We were excited for the arrangement, it was for a different coworker and we walked away with nothing. I'd highly recommend that no one gives any business to this site, at the very least but if you must, pick it up yourself from the shop. Do not have them delivered it. They will mess up and they won't fix it. We're government employees, there's always jokes about how government employees are the worst, well, this shop has us beat!

  DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS FRANCHISE!! They are so rude and condescending. I called to check on the status of an order I made online 5 days prior that was supposed to be delivered today (Mother's Day). It's 5pm and I was wondering why it hadn't been delivered and why it wasn't even in route. The woman asked me for the last four digits of my order and when I responded, she rudely says it was delivered yesterday. I told her it wasn't delivered and online tracking shows it hadn't arrived yet. I told her the number she typed in must be incorrect, she called me a liar and hung up the phone. I called back multiple times, and got no answer. This franchise is terrible (as you can see from the other reviews), and I will never be ordering here again. I've ordered Edible Arrangements from locations across the country and have never experienced service like this. I will be spending my $200 elsewhere in the future. Save your time and your holiday, order somewhere else.

  We ordered chocolate covered strawberries and flowers for my sister-in-law’s birthday. She was very pleased with the flowers & strawberries. She said the strawberries were good and she liked her flowers. Since we don’t live in the area, I trusted them to make her day special! Thank you for good dependable service & products! ,

  I always send Edible Arrangements to my Great Niece. She loves all the fresh fruit and the fancy arrangements. It is also a thrill for her to have a delivery just for her.
