I went in with low expectations having read the previous poor reviews, however my experience with Daniel M was above and beyond. I took my older mother shopping for her first ever Canada Goose jacket, she’s never had anything luxury or experienced luxury shopping. All of her jackets were just kinda cruddy and I wanted her to have a nice, warm jacket she could wear for years to come. Daniel was immensely helpful and helped her try on probably about 40 jackets. He asked her so many questions about how she would use it, where she would use it, what fits she likes, etc. He truly took the time to make her feel heard and helped her find the perfect jacket. We were also given glasses of water in actual glasses, not plastic, which I thought was a nice touch. He made that experience one of a kind and when we left she said “I’ve never experienced service like that, that was really amazing.” I would say if you’re shopping this store, ask specifically for Daniel M because he knows a lot about each product and will take the time to make sure you get the exact right jacket.

Bought a Canada goose 2 years ago . Zipper fell off . The stitching through out loosened and fell out in spots . Fabric seems start little wear. . I bought because lifetime warranty and was expecting great quality for the cost of $600.00 opened a case with warranty shipped it to them . They said I had snag and wanted charge me 80.00 . They sent back with fluff on it. .still some stitching loose and Messy stitching . Jacket was light weight but in drizzle or wet snow the material would get wet and stay wet . Winter jacket you can’t get wet ? It’s a fashion statement for dry no snow weather . Sold it at a loss bought Patagonia . Water proof insulated for $299.00 I’m sure there too the line jackets are better over $1,000 customer service was polite good . Nothing against this location never dealt with them just against Canada goose . I’d recommend looking at other brands

Coat worn very few times and the zipper is already malfunctioning. The “life time warranty” apparently is on a “case by case basis” I was told. What this means is the store decides whether it can be fixed and then they send it off for repair. This takes 4-6 weeks, so essentially I’m without a cost for the remainder of the winter. I’m so sorry I bought this coat. At nearly $1000, I’d expect better quality. By phone, the staff are unaware at the ongoing list of negative reviews and seemingly have no interest in improving the customer service.
