I went in with low expectations having read the previous poor reviews, however my experience with Daniel M was above and beyond.
I took my older mother shopping for her first ever Canada Goose jacket, she’s never had anything luxury or experienced luxury shopping. All of her jackets were just kinda cruddy and I wanted her to have a nice, warm jacket she could wear for years to come.
Daniel was immensely helpful and helped her try on probably about 40 jackets. He asked her so many questions about how she would use it, where she would use it, what fits she likes, etc. He truly took the time to make her feel heard and helped her find the perfect jacket.
We were also given glasses of water in actual glasses, not plastic, which I thought was a nice touch.
He made that experience one of a kind and when we left she said “I’ve never experienced service like that, that was really amazing.”
I would say if you’re shopping this store, ask specifically for Daniel M because he knows a lot about each product and will take the time to make sure you get the exact right jacket.

I am writing to formally express my deep disappointment and concern regarding an experience I had while shopping at the Canada Goose store in Bellevue, Washington. What should have been an enjoyable and welcoming visit instead left me feeling humiliated, profiled, and deeply disrespected.
During my time in the store, I was approached by the Store Manager, Alexis Wallace, and questioned about why I “kept reaching into my bag” while standing near an open case of perfumes. I was further told that my behavior appeared “suspicious,” specifically because I was repeatedly checking my phone. I explained that I was simply checking the time, as I had to leave shortly to pick my mother up from the airport.
At no point did I touch merchandise improperly, conceal items, or behave in any way that could reasonably be described as suspicious. I was browsing like any other customer. The implication that I was a potential thief—based solely on normal, everyday actions—was both insulting and hurtful. As a Black woman, this interaction felt unmistakably like racial profiling.
Being singled out and accused in this manner was embarrassing and emotionally distressing. It is troubling that someone in a leadership position would make such an assumption about a customer without cause. Experiences like this do real harm—not only to individuals, but also to the Canada Goose brand. Luxury retail is built on trust, inclusivity, and respect. Having a store manager who engages in conduct that alienates and profiles customers undermines those values and damages the reputation of the company as a whole.
I left the store feeling unwelcome and deeply disappointed. This experience has permanently changed how I view Canada Goose, and unfortunately, I will be sharing what happened with my friends, family members, and followers on social media so others are aware and can make informed decisions about where they choose to shop. No customer should have to endure an experience like this.
I hope Canada Goose takes this matter seriously and reflects on how leadership behavior directly impacts customer trust and brand integrity. I would appreciate acknowledgment of this complaint and information on what steps will be taken to address this issue.

I got a vest as birthday gift and on 2nd month after washing it there was an unknown spots appeared so I took it to the retailer and they directed me to their customer service department.
After sending the vest over to them the stain came out after they washed it and charged me $80+ I could of took it to dry cleaner they would of charged half of that price and told me there was a small tear and I only wore it 3times within 2month period tear was not there when I sent it also that they would take care of it but now they are wanting to charge me for it.
Really? Company this size and over priced items have this poor customer service and advertise lifetime warranty? Bait and switch tactics? I had similar issue with lululemon but they exchanged my vest without any issues even it was past warranty period. Canada goose advertise as lifetime warranty but couldn't resolve 2month old issue
Please don't waste your time with this company over priced with 0 star customer service.
