  My partner and I had the best experience imaginable at this Boss store. Jeremy was incredible in picking out all sorts of pieces for my partner to try on and was extremely patient and attentive. We left with a full new suit! Thank you Jeremy!

  The initial customer service has been ok. I had the feeling I am almost bothering some Sales reps with my questions / asks to check for available sizing and colors. The tipping point and reason for 1/5 rating (and I’d rather give 0/5) is that I have a quality issue with one the sweaters I bought and no one replies per e-mail for more than 30 days now. On top, the overall Boss support cannot or is unwilling to help. Complete lack of ownership and customer service. Don’t go here.

  My husband and I recently visited the Bellevue Square Boss store to buy a suit for an upcoming traditional wedding in the UK. We called in advance and made an appointment with Terry Jones. When we made the appointment, Terry had obviously listened to our description of the event dress code and also kept in mind my husband's stated style preferences; when we arrived, he had already selected and laid out four suit options to start. All of them were of lovely quality and style, but one of them could not have been more perfect. Terry paid attention to every detail and took all the guesswork off our plate! He completed the look with shirt, tie, pocket square, shoes, socks, belt, and a beautiful overcoat just right for early spring in the UK. Terry knocked it out of the park! He is a total pro with deep knowledge of fine menswear, particularly suiting. Without a doubt, my husband will be the most handsome and best dressed guest at the wedding! ;-) I can't say enough about our experience with Terry at Boss Bellevue Square. Complete with bottled water and chocolates, he truly gave us the feel of visiting a bespoke menswear house. Highly recommend!

  To the two gentlemen who closed on 2/9/22, thank you so much for helping my fiancé and I pick out a suit for my wedding night. After the nightmare purchase and service I received at Bellevue Square's Nordstrom, they helped salvage the night. They provided amazing service and recommendations in helping pick my outfit for my wedding. I can't wait to see the finished look and it was everything I wanted. We will be back.
