The tipping point and reason for 1/5 rating (and I’d rather give 0/5) is that I have a quality issue with one the sweaters I bought and no one replies per e-mail for more than 30 days now. On top, the overall Boss support cannot or is unwilling to help. Complete lack of ownership and customer service. Don’t go here.
