  $14.99 vs $24.99. I asked if they could match the price displayed since the entire display shared this singular tag of $14.99 and was told no everything is BOGO so I’m welcome to buy something else to pair for the deal. And I said, ‘yeah that doesn’t reflect the fact that the display advertises it as another price.’ and she just told me she can’t sell it $14.99 because it’s not that price- like Ma’am that’s not the point. The point is to have integrity and to honor your mistake.

  Nice products but pretty pricy. I had them for less then a year and yet they already breaking down. Overall store is nice but just not worth it for the price

  I had the worst customer experience today while trying to return items (jeans) at this store (Dec 21st around 2:30pm). The male manager on duty stated that my online purchase was past the 30 day return window however I could exchange for new items equal to the original purchase cost ($110). After shopping around the store for new items to exchange for my original purchase I returned to the checkout counter. The sales clerk paged the manager for the exchange. This time an older female manager responded. She was the rudest, most unhelpful manager that I have ever come across. She would not accept the exchange at all and would not allow me to exchange for different items. Despite telling her the other manager just told me that I could exchange the jeans for new items. I will never shop at this store again.

  Order a boot online to pick up in store, when I picked it up, it feels wired since it has no packaging. When I got back home, found out it’s a used one. Never pick up in store, they swap the used item for you
