Handed over the item as if I am a homeless person and she is doing a favor by handing over the package.. I am amazed the store doesnt even care to look at the reviews and respond
- HNHuyen NguyenMay 10, 20261.0Items are cute, but the staff experience was 🫠They showed attitude when I tried on items without purchasing, even though the shorts from the set I wanted weren’t available in-store 🤡 I ended up ordering online for in-store pickup, and my items were handed to me in a black nylon bag without even a proper shopping bag to carry them. For a brand at Alo’s price point, I expected much better customer service.
