  Super unhelpful staff. It’s unbelievable.. one the staff member was trying on tops in front of customers (I was sitting waiting for my daughter to try out stuff) also at check out they didn’t ask me if I was a member and didn’t add the purchase to my account.

  As someone who does not buy designer brand anything but loves to work out I wanted to give this store a try. Caitlyn greeted me at the door with great energy and was soo nice and patient in answering all of my questions. I didn’t think I could be sold but honestly Caitlyn’s ability to explain the quality of the products & why she likes the products made me want to support. I asked about future sales because the prices were out of my budget and she was nonjudgmental and informative of when the sales are. I genuinely appreciate how she made me feel. Some skills can’t be taught and Caitlyn has the people skills needed to make ANYONE feel valued and that goes a longgggg way for folks who don’t care about the brand of things; THIS will be the reason I become a customer.

  I had such a great experience shopping at Alo at the Bellevue mall! Everyone that helped me was super nice and attentive. I went during the sale, and yes it was very busy, but they only have one sale a year, so of course it's going to be busy! But even during the busy time that I went the staff was happy and upbeat and helped me with exactly what I needed. I will be back :-)

  Love Alo. Giving 3 stars because of the shop associates are still helpful and trying their best! However, be prepared that the manager is arrogant and acts like I came to ask her for a favor. Fake smile, zero empathy. To top it off, she handed me my purchase in a used shopping bag. Unacceptable. Based on this I’d give only 1 star

  I have to agree with all the previous reviews…. Extremely judgmental and rude staff even if you are at the store for pick up.. Handed over the item as if I am a homeless person and she is doing a favor by handing over the package.. I am amazed the store doesnt even care to look at the reviews and respond
