  Witnessed a young female worker being nearly harassed by two older male customers today. She handled it gracefully but I do not understand why she was left to handle this interaction alone as she was clearly not a manager. I recommend this store gets security or hires more staff, as even on good days, this store seems understaffed. Four stars because I usually like this location.

  Been here 3x Customer service is awful. Employees look miserable. Such a contrast to the helpful welcoming staff at Vuori around the corner.

  My first experience there was not good, I like oversize fit so I ask if they have a XL size (I’m a medium usually) and they looked me up and down and said “we don’t carry that size here” this made me uncomfortable The next time I had a good experience they were kind and found the sweatshirt I wanted without complaint. Super kind. This third time I’ve been here, they misheard me, I ask for S not XS and when I corrected them and apologized for the misunderstanding, they rolled their eyes at me and went back to barking orders in the microphone. Very strange. Overall they were nice though

  As someone who does not buy designer brand anything but loves to work out I wanted to give this store a try. Caitlyn greeted me at the door with great energy and was soo nice and patient in answering all of my questions. I didn’t think I could be sold but honestly Caitlyn’s ability to explain the quality of the products & why she likes the products made me want to support. I asked about future sales because the prices were out of my budget and she was nonjudgmental and informative of when the sales are. I genuinely appreciate how she made me feel. Some skills can’t be taught and Caitlyn has the people skills needed to make ANYONE feel valued and that goes a longgggg way for folks who don’t care about the brand of things; THIS will be the reason I become a customer.
