I had such a wonderful experience at this Aerie location. The biggest shoutout and kudos to Haley! I believe she might even be a manager. She had top notch customer service. The store was well organized, the staff was incredibly nice, and they were all so helpful. Haley even went out of her way to try and track down items that were no longer being sold out on the floor. She helped us place orders in store for shipping and we took a few unexpected items home because she made such good suggestions. She answered all of our questions and was so willing to help which was refreshing. I had no issues here and walked out of there with a smile on my face. Thank you, Haley!

Please don’t let these employees’ deceptive business practices scam you into creating an account with them.
I went to return an item I bought online and the employee was asking for a lot of personal information. I kept saying have my return bar code and my order number and she kept saying if she didn’t create an account she would have to ask me “all these questions.”
Well I reached out to their customer service and you only need your order number to do an in store return. Wild how these employees with lie through their teeth to get whatever compensation Aerie provides them for creating new account.

If I could give zero stars I would. Awful customer service - McKenna (store manager) was rude and condescending. Quality of clothes for price is off as well. Would avoid.
