- SLShelly LongleyAug 22, 20255.0Great experience, great customer service! Not too busy and 4 associates available to help out. I was greeted promptly and received special help from one gal who wanted to make sure I got just what I needed. It was a fantastic experience. Store is located a few doors down from Macy's so park mid-mall and you should be able to fine it pretty easily.
- LCLeslie CardenasAug 25, 20211.0Horrible customer service no one greeted me when I walked in. They were just talking or on their phones on the floor. When I was ready to pay there were FOUR associates up front and NONE of them came up to ring nor acknowledge the fact I was waiting. When someone finally came to ring he had horrible service and was extremely slow.
