- JAJessie AJul 18, 20261.0This JCrew had the worst customer engagement that i witnessed in Manchester. Every other store my wife and I went to was soo kind and welcoming. My wife was shopping for a summer wardrobe on Saturday July 11th at 1pm. The only helpful person was the woman that helped at register. My wife brought a number of outfits without being asked once if she needed help with anything at all. We did approach one associate that had short grey hair and she just stared at as and said nothing . My wife stated twice that she needed help with an item and the woman just ignored her. When someone came to the register she just pointed at her . We weren't even ready to be checked out yet. I just bought my item to get it over with and my wife went to try on items in the fitting room. The woman that ignored us went to a table folded clothes and I had side conversations with another employee. Just a little acknowledgment goes a long way. Especially in such an inclusive town . I would rather shop the local shops of Manchester than shop at Jcrew there .

I always love slight input but never pushy and that’s what the whole staff is about. They provide good feedback if you are looking for it, but don’t push. The space is easy to navigate around… even if it’s busy. The clothes are always organized and not messy. The people are polite. The prices are good. Love coming here
