  No communication. My wife went for knee replacement 4 weeks ago I Called the day she went in about bringing tools ,hardware and equipment to the upcoming auction. I was told to call 2 to 3 days Before the auction so somebody could schedule to unload the pallets. When I called back to schedule. They said it should have been on three weeks ago.. Why wasn't I scheduled when I called . Used to bring cattle to the cattle years ago And i dealt with them a lot over the years, they use to be awesome only thing I can say is I guess They now have idiots running the place

  As I had sold my welding shop, and could not find a buyer for all of my tools & equipment, I needed to have an auction. I knew I wanted C. W. Gray & Son's. I had been to several of their auctions in the past and had consigned some at their field auctions. I like the way they treat buyers & sellers. Unfortunately they were already booked for the day I was hoping for. I interviewed two other auction companies. I was not impressed. Herbie & Tim suggested a Saturday a few weeks later. What a great suggestion!! I had a number that I really knew, was were I needed to be. They blew right on by that! C.W. Gray & Son's is a hard working, honest, trustworthy, family business that says what it will do, and DOES WHAT THEY SAY! I would definitely use them again if I need an auction company!
