- KAKris Austin3 days ago1.0Worst company ever. I strongly suggest the use of any other company out there. My device bricked in the first month of having it. I got charged for every code I had to get just to drive it to get it replaced. I was pumping gas, got in my car to start it, passed, going down the road it beeped, i got a violation fail, pull into the driveway at home and blew in it and it passed. I called and they were no help. I filled out a report, they denied it. All they care about is how much money they can take from you. Turns out I am 6 months over my date but nobody gave me that information. They are still wanting me to pay and will not refund or credit the account for the extra money thats been paid. The BBB needs to know how they treat the customers and how much money they are stealing from them. Worst company ever.

The only good thing about them is the technician is a nice guy. Used this company and the device they installed messed up so many times on me I started documenting it on video every time it messed up. Well they charge you 50 bucks every time it does, and your 6 months starts over.They always tell you to file an incident report online and you can get your money back, but won't give you the phone number of the person who reviews them. They just send you back a typical response that says everything was working correctly. Nobody would even listen to me that I had 9 videos of this device clearly malfunctioning. They rob their customers.
