She went above and beyond to help me find the perfect homecoming dress for my daughter. When the dress wasn’t available at her location, Shamia didn’t stop there. She was persistent and located the dress at the Pentagon City store so I could get exactly what my daughter wanted. Her customer service was outstanding, and she truly showed what it means to be a team player. Shamia was kind, patient, helpful, and genuinely committed to making sure I got what I needed. Thank you so much for making what could have been a stressful search such a great experience. Windsor is lucky to have her!
