- NCNJ ChebaroAug 9, 20261.0I had a disappointing experience at this LEGO Store. An item on the shelf had a sticker that clearly made it appear to be on sale. When I brought it to the register, I was informed that the sticker was incorrect and that the item would be charged at the full price. I understand that pricing mistakes can happen, but what was most disappointing was that the manager refused to honor the price displayed on the sticker. As a customer, I can only rely on the information presented in the store, and it’s unreasonable to expect shoppers to know when a store has placed the wrong sticker on an item. Good customer service would have been to honor the displayed price as a gesture of goodwill and then correct the mistake afterward. Instead, the situation was handled in a way that left me feeling like customer satisfaction wasn’t a priority. I expect better from a brand with LEGO’s reputation.

The selection is good and for what we were looking for the price wasn't higher or lower it was comparable. They did have a discount table which was only 10% off. I think bigger sales would be helpful. Small and big options in the store you can be a beginner or advanced! Join the loyalty club (not sure that is the name for it) you can get discounts for future purchases! You can park and not walk all over the mall they are not far from the entrance which is set back next to TJMAXX.

If the total value of the unopened set is under $200, you can return your unopened LEGO set to any of our LEGO Brand Retail stores with your original shipping confirmation email or receipt dated within 90 days, and we'll give you a full refund in form of store credit or a gift card. If your unopened set is over $200, simply return your unopened LEGO set to the address listed on your packing slip.
