- SHSam HJan 25, 20265.0This review is long overdue but I came in here early December and the gentleman who was working (I believe his name is Asher but I’m not entirely sure) was nothing short of lovely!! I came in trying to do some sort of exchange/return that got a little confusing at one point and he remained patient with me throughout. He took his time explaining my options and was thorough in his attention to detail while working to resolve my situation. I’m very thankful that he was working as he made me feel seen and heard throughout our entire interaction. Unlike one of his coworkers who I had dealt with prior. His attention never wavered until we had successfully solved my problem. It was incredibly refreshing to deal with a sales associate who actually cares about the clientele that walks into the store, and I look forward to buying more sunglasses from him in the future!!
