The exceptional service that I received from April makes me want to continue to purchase from the Potomac Mills location. She was very informative about all brands. She gave me ideas of what to wear, how durable, what’s on sale, and what her personal picks were. Everything was so great I ended up picking up a few pair of Versace glasses. I will be back to purchase a few more from her each month. I wand to expand my collection. I was also very fortunate to meat the Regional Manager and great person and I apologize that I forget her title and their names. Everyone there that day made me feel so welcome. I thank you all for the assistance and making me feel at ease and not overwhelmed in my purchase. Thank you April for all you did. And do. You are the best person in this location I’ve ever worked with. I’ll see you soon.

They were super helpful without ever being pushy. We appreciated that the manager, Antoine, had Meta glasses on and was able to share his excitement from personal experience. We mentioned trying to get these before an upcoming cruise, and he was able to even share video footage from his own personal experience with wearing them on cruises! Thanks for making us feel seen and cared for, plus going above & beyond to assist us with professionalism. We had visited a nearby competitor, and it was just not the same! Great customer service. Definitely would shop here again!
