  Ultimately I did not move forward with a purchase from this shop, but the communication, customer service, and prompt responses to all my questions were such a positive shopping experience, I had to leave this review. I had seen a watch that I fell in love with on their website, and Will worked with me over several messages with information and price points. I bought the watch online, and requested their watch specialist look at it and I be sent pictures before shipping. Will was prompt in getting me the exact pictures that I wanted, and the watch was unfortunately not quite what I was looking for. Still bummed. Will was professional and promptly refunded my purchase. If I had decided to move forward with the completely remote high end watch purchase, I would have felt entirely comfortable doing so.

  Terrible customer service. I called for one simple reason: to ask if they had a specific product in stock. Instead of checking, I was rudely told, “I can’t shop around for you over the phone. You have to come into the store and find out if we have it.” How hard is it to simply check whether an item is in stock? Customers shouldn’t have to waste their time and gas driving to a store just to find out whether something is available. The person I spoke with also had a completely unnecessary attitude, which made the experience even worse. If this is how you treat customers who are simply asking a basic question, you seriously need to work on your customer service.
