  My husband and I went into the store. My husband wanted a belt, and I wanted a purse. Once we found what we wanted, my husband asked if he could get his belt cut to size they said with an attuide come back another day, we then said today was our only free time, they got mad and still told us to come back another day (there was no one in the store so i'm not sure why they couldn't do it) Afterwards I asked for specific type of purse that I wanted even pointed it out to them and they said "ok we'll bring it out for you" they came out with it wrapped up and didn't allow me to see it for some reason again they caught an attuide with me. I should've noticed the unprofessional, but I'm too much of a nice person, and I wanted to trust them. Once I got home, I was so excited to open my purse and see it, just to come to find out that they had given me the wrong bag. (I showed pictures below) I'm not sure how they got confused from a cream purse that had the logos on it to a white bag. (I would not be coming back to this location after the way we got treated and will be going somewhere else to exchange it)

  Went to even exchange Xmas gift on Jan 2. A group of employees were all close to the front. We were looked up and down by which appeared to be by a manager and the rest stood there and we were never greeted. Then they stood there taking selfies with one another. Another associate at the front was very helpful but during the process we observed that every patron coming in after was greeted with welcome to MK let me know if we can help you and the ones leaving out were thanked for shopping. I was so baffled and frustrated that we did not receive the same treatment we ended up getting a refund instead, and took it and spent it a Coach. Won't ever purchase MK again. I will stick with Coach like I've been. MK employees at Potomac Mills need to walk around the corner and take notes from Coach how ALL customers should be treated! Had to add after reading another review from Lizzy two weeks ago that this was our same experience with the rolling of the eyes when we were looked up and down. Sounds like the same lady!

  Albert the manager has no idea what he’s doing at the store. I was buying 8 bags as gifts and he didn’t want to give me separate bags. He said we will put all 8 bags in one shopping bag. I have never heard of this and I walked out after I spoke to him he didn’t even bother walking up to the cashier I walked to him to speak and he acted very busy while trying to fix the shelves. Albert should be fired by the corporate immediately.
