  This past Sunday around 2pm I came into the store to exchange an item for a different size. The customer service I received was completely unacceptable. The employee who assisted me was extremely rude and unprofessional from the moment I approached the counter. I explained that I was there for an exchange, and she didn’t greet me, acknowledge me, or say a single word. I then asked, “Is that all?” and her response was simply, “No, wait for the receipt.” After handing me the receipt, she still said nothing. No “thank you,” no “have a nice day,” and not even a basic acknowledgment. I ended up saying “thank you” myself and didn’t even receive a “you’re welcome” in return. As customers, we spend our hard earned money at your business and expect to be treated with basic courtesy and respect. There is absolutely no excuse for such poor customer service. If an employee does not want to interact with customers or cannot provide the most basic level of professionalism, then they should not be working in a customer facing position. This experience left a very negative impression, and I hope management addresses this issue because no customer should be treated this way.

  The staff here is helpful and knowledgeable. The prices arnt great but there also not the worst. Selection is decent but sizing is a bit strange. Would recommend.
