He is hands down the best thing there and make you feel seen, heard and just all around great guy. The "life safer" part of the shop is absolutely unprofessional and ridiculous. They make a difficult time even harder when it doesn't need to be. They randomly will close and lock up with no warning or note on the door. I've had my appt randomly cancelled last minute twice now including today which lead to this review. The only solution they could give me at the call center is to go to martins urg for the calibration so she called to make me an apt for today and surprise surprise THEY WONT ANSWER THE PHONE!! SO THT MAKES 2 LIFE SAFE SHOPS (the only ones near me at all) that are randomly closed and life safer has no idea why and has no solution for me. I did my part and they didn't so I'm the one that has to pay for that and get locked out of my car and have to pay them for a lock out code. How the hell does that make any sense. They have no manager or supervisor you can talk to and they said it would take up to 48 hours to hear from someone. Absolutely the most unprofessional place I've ever dealt with in my life. All that being said the guy/ guys there are amazing when they are there. Lol Get it together LifeSafer!! Y'all are all supposed to be open today but I guess everyone decided to just say screw it for the day and let us pay for it and show up to no one here. Thanks a lot

When you blow into your Ignition Interlock Device, you're providing a breath test sample in order to start the vehicle. The device then measures your Breath Alcohol Concentration (BrAC), and will either say that you passed, need to retest, or failed. You will be asked to take rolling retests throughout your drive.

Is an Ignition Interlock the same as a breathalyzer?
