Let me preface by saying that I’ve sold clothes here multiple times without any issue. I came in to drop off a basket of clothes and there was a 3 hour wait— no big deal, it’s school season and they had a lot of bags behind the counter. The young lady with strawberry blonde hair was very pleasant and helpful. After I get a call to come back, I am asked my name and I spell out my last name. There’s another lady by the counter and the cashier mumbles something and sets my basket by this lady (naturally, I think she is returning this basket of clothes to the other customer). This cashier did not confirm my name, did not ask for my ID, nor explicitly ask if this was my basket. She rings out my sale and the transaction is complete and she sends me on my way without the basket of returned clothes that I brought in. The cashier rung me out for another customer’s clothes, and after looking at the receipt it is not a name anywhere near mine. Before this debacle, the cashier already had an attitude when I asked a question about the clothes, and seemed frustrated with me about her mistake - overall very weird behavior from her end. Despite that, I apologized for the confusion about the basket that wasn’t mine. Her colleague that confirmed that a mistake had been made rolled her eyes too. I understand it might have been a busy day, but if ID is required to drop your items off, it should be more strictly enforced onto staff to require ID upon pick up. Quickly getting people in and out of the store after a pick up is ideal, but not at the cost of accuracy. Wishing you the best on training new employees, have a blessed day!

I brought in BRAND NEW clothes, and the lady told me they looked "to worn". I also noticed that they did not go through the whole basket, some of the clothes was left exactly how I left it. Horrible experience.
