The device was installed and I was able to drive away from the service center. I parked in my driveway and have been unable to start my car since. It’s been 3 days!!!! The device does not power up when the ignition button is pushed twice as instructed. I have been unsuccessful in contacting the company. No one answers the calls. I am on perpetual hold. Do not use this company if you intend to resume life. I am thoroughly frustrated and have no power for recourse since no one answers the phone.
