  Husband ordered on Saturday and picked it up at 4:00 that day for yesterday small gathering at home. The lady who works there promised all fruits are fresh but then when we removed the covered yesterday afternoon the grapes are browned and the rest in that tray doesn’t look appetizing. I dumped the grapes in the trash and replaced them with my grapes at home. But then the rest nobody touched it so I end up putting all in the trash last night. I was mad, it wasn’t a cheap thing to buy and was not even presentable and edible to eat. Told my husband NOT again!!!

  I had an order requested for the day before Valentine’s Day. I never received my order yet they marked it delivered without proof I called the store and they claimed the driver couldn’t find my neighborhood, which is absolutely impossible. I called several times the following day and was told over and over a new order was sent out and would be delivered. I never got that either. So then I kept following up for a refund. Over phone, I was promised a refund by the store. None came. I called again, I was told again it was coming and I would be called by the store owner. I never received any call. So I disputed it with my credit card and will keep disputing it no matter how many times the store re-opens it. I recommend nobody ever utilize edible arrangements if within the delivery window of this store.

  I received my order on Friday for my anniversary and noticed the flowers were a little wilted/brown. I reached out to the store to inform them of this. After speaking with someone there, they were super apologetic and understanding. They offered to fix the problem right away and make it right! They scheduled a day and time that worked for my schedule to bring me a new delivery. They went above and beyond what I expected. I received even more than what was originally paid for. Highly recommend the Winchester store and staff. Thank you!

  Huge shout-out to store #1611, Winchester, VA. I received a call that my order was being delivered. I spoke to a very nice woman, and loved my cheesecakes! The service & food were top-notch! Thank you Edible Arrangements!
