  My daughter goes here all the time. She loves the prices and tends to find a lot of stuff she likes. I also noticed a lot of reviews complaining about the way things are exchanged. If you're going to give it away anyway, why complain about a business making some profit. It is a business but I'm guessing the complaints are from some entitled housewives bringing in clothes that were never worn because they go out shopping too often for lack of anything else to do. Typical Williamsburg.

  I was so excited when I moved here and heard they were putting in a PC. I loved the location I frequented in Northern VA. The girls who run this shop are nice, but you can’t collect and sell good quality clothes if you don’t know what to look for. I have been several times and never find anything good. It’s overfull racks of cheap used clothes. They collect junky trends from brands like SHEIN. This Plato’s closet is a huge disappointment. I’d suggest hiring staff who know the difference between fast fashion trends and quality pieces will actually sell.

  Poor customer service. I was unaware of the status of my drop off until I returned a couple hours later and was told they wouldn’t take anything.

  Upscale thrift shop with adult clothing. Very clean and well organized.

  If u want to sell clothes don't come here. The front staff was nice but other then that only shop then leave
