  Great store, staff friendly. Except one issue. I got the the counter to pay for my almost $700 worth of items and cashier attempted to stuff my $250 rain coat in the smallest bag. I had to correct her immediately. We spend alot of money here.

  I stopped in 20 mins before closing yesterday for a quick, specific purchase. Instead of a retail store, I walked into an employee appreciation club. The staff completely ignored me to gather around the young woman who walked in ahead of me, loudly gushing over her outfit (a perfectly cute jumpsuit) as if Fashion Week, not back-to-school basic, had just arrived. Not one associate acknowledged me, just a few sideways glances before they resumed their admiration society. Judging who is there to buy when you yourself aren’t a customer but just the employee is diabolical. Lululemon sells itself as a premium brand with a premium experience. The clothing is excellent, but the service at this location was cliquish and juvenile. A simple "Welcome in" would have completely changed this review.

  I had an excellent experience at the Lululemon store in colonial Williamsburg, VA. The staff are incredibly friendly, professional and knowledgeable about their products. They go above and beyond to help customers. Their positive attitude and expertise made shopping experience enjoyable. A special thank you to Lily , Nicole and Yasmin …for their outstanding customer service. This team truly represents the lululemon brand at its best. I highly recommend this store to anyone looking for exceptional service and a welcoming shopping experience.

  I didn’t get the name of the associate who was helping customers in the fitting room area, but she was incredibly kind—truly above and beyond. My daughter needed to use the restroom, and she kindly offered access to the employee bathroom, which was so thoughtful and appreciated. All of the employees were so warm and engaging with my daughter, and it made the entire shopping experience feel welcoming and enjoyable. Thank you again for such a wonderful experience!

  Lily was an absolute sweetheart. She helped me return couple items and assisted me in finding new ones. She was friendly, helpful, and full of joy. You could truly tell she enjoys what she does, which made the whole experience even better. Every time I visit this location, the staff is always kind, but Lily really stood out. She was such a joy to work with, and I’m so grateful for her help.
