- SNShu Nguyen1 day ago4.0I deduct 1 star to help customers gain more experience. I bought 2 white shirts of the same size and type. When I took it out to send it to Vietnam for my husband, I discovered that there were 2 shirts of different colors, 1 of which was stained and old compared to the other. I went to the mall with the desire to be exchanged for the white one like the other one, but the manager said that the exchange deadline had expired (11 days). I accept that I was wrong that the deadline was changed. But I asked the manager why the 2 shirts were not the same white. She replied: because there are 2 production companies, there may be different colors. So why don't you explain to me when you buy so that I can consider. I have pictures to show your customers. So that when buying, don't make mistakes like me. Look carefully when buying white. There are 4 stars left for the store because the quality of the fabric and shape are very good. My husband loves to wear Express's shirt
