  My son who lives in Oklahoma sent me an Edible Arrangement from the Williamsburg shop for Mother’s Day. It sat on our porch waiting for us until we got home. I had no idea! I spoke to the manager 5/11/26 and asked when it was delivered and she said 10:30am on 5/10/6. We did not get home until 3pm so the chocolate on the strawberries was pretty melted. I asked why it was left on the porch (on a warm day too). She told me the driver should have called my son. I spoke to my son and no call. The manager was supposed to call me back and never did. This is not the only time they have just left an arrangement on a porch. I sent two arrangements to friends and picked up their arrangements off their porches in the past. Fortunately they lived close by. So this is the LAST time my son will use them and for me as well. Not a wise business practice to leave fresh fruit or food on a front porch and especially when it is warm outside! Shame on you Williamsburg Edible Arrangements!

  DON’t waste your time or money on this place. I’d give 0 stars if I could. I ordered a birthday arrangement that never got delivered, I never received any updates or heads up, ruined the birthday suprise I had planned, ended up having to call the very next day to see what was going on with my order, I was told that were wasn’t any drivers to deliver and they would call me back with any updates. They never called back leaving me having to call THEM multiple times. It’s been a month and after countless emails and phone calls I have yet to relieve my refund. Extremely unprofessional place & I’m very disappointed with this place. Do better

  Placed an order online for the recipient to pick up their arrangement the day before Mother’s Day. While placing the order, the online form asked for the recipients phone number and name. That gave me the impression that edible arrangements would call and let the recipient know they had a gift. It wasn’t the case. My recipient never received a call from Edible Arrangements to let her know about her gift and I never received a call of notice that the arrangement was not picked up. So I called this location the day after Mother’s Day. A young lady answered and explained that they usually call 30 mins before closing to let recipients know that they have an arrangement that needs to be picked up, but they don’t call and give notice on busy days or holidays. I told her that was not explained to me when I placed the order. I asked why do you all ask for the recipient’s name and number if you don’t call them? She then gave the phone to the Manager, Kevin, who told me that they don’t call recipients. I told him that it doesn’t state that in my confirmation or when placing the order. He said he could refund me half of the money, or remake the arrangement. I told him I just wanted my full refund because Mother’s Day was over. He said he could only refund half and went on to ask me is he supposed to lose all money because my order wasn’t picked up?? I was floored. I couldn’t believe the lack of understanding or professionalism portrayed by Kevin. I called corporate. I have not received a call from anyone regarding this situation.
