  I came here yesterday to get a dress. When I came inside no one greeted me and while I was looking around I kept getting stares from the employees insinuating I’m going to steal or something. Felt really un comfy

  There’s an employee I had a fantastic experience with today. Her name is Spencer, and she provided phenomenal customer service. She is the perfect example of extraordinary customer service.

  The store manger was amazing super friendly and made me feel like we were two friends just talking and shopping definitely coming back

  I was really hesitant on going to Windsor because of the reviews but I'm happy I went! I went twice within a couple of days. I bought a dress and had to exchange it for a different size. Both visits were really nice. The staff (different for both visits) was so friendly, kind and helpful. I will definitely be returning to this store.
