  There’s an employee I had a fantastic experience with today. Her name is Spencer, and she provided phenomenal customer service. She is the perfect example of extraordinary customer service.

  I shop here often and also their inventory online. I’m not sure why it matters if I choose to purchase the clearance items, especially if the inventory in store isn’t half as good as it is online, where I purchase the full priced dresses at the quoted amount. Let’s mind our own pockets next time instead of where and how my funds are being spent. I also stood in line for about 5 minutes without anybody acknowledging that I was there. Good quality, some workers need a reality check.

  I was really hesitant on going to Windsor because of the reviews but I'm happy I went! I went twice within a couple of days. I bought a dress and had to exchange it for a different size. Both visits were really nice. The staff (different for both visits) was so friendly, kind and helpful. I will definitely be returning to this store.
