- BBBenny Barrett6 days ago5.0My wife and I visited the Sunglass Hut at Lynnhaven Mall in search of her ideal pair of sunglasses. Neither of us was particularly looking forward to the task, as my wife can have a hard time deciding what she likes. In fact, before we walked in, she specifically asked me to keep the sales associates away from us so she could look around without feeling pressured. Then we met April. She welcomed us when we came in, but instead of hovering or trying to push us toward anything, she simply paid attention. She noticed the brands and styles my wife was gravitating toward and somehow managed to pick out three pairs that looked absolutely wonderful on her. What impressed us most was that April managed to be genuinely helpful without ever making us feel pressured. She seemed to understand what my wife was looking for before my wife quite knew herself. What we expected to be a long and frustrating shopping trip ended up being easy, enjoyable, and actually fun. April is exceptionally good at what she does, and Sunglass Hut is lucky to have her. We came in hoping to find the right pair of sunglasses and left talking about how great our experience with April had been. Thank you, April!

Kudos to her for pouring heaps of class, knowledge, and great energy back into the brick and mortar shopping experience. Four is a true gem to the Sunglass Hut community.

She was so nice to my little girl that I ended up buying a pair of glasses for each of my kids. I hope she is rewarded for being such a good employee. I’ll definitely come back sooner than usual.
