  I absolutely love this Plato's Closet!! Went the other day during one of their big clearance days and was greeted as soon as I walked through the door even with it being kinda busy. While shopping a young lady i believe her name is Emmalynn asked me if I needed any help and she took my stack of clothes up front while I continued to shop. After I was done and went to the register Emmalynn was there yet again. She greeted me with a smile at the register and let me know about the discounts. She was so friendly and seemed happy to be there. You definitely should hire more employees like Ms. Emmalynn. I will 100% be back because of her kindness and willingness to help. You dont see that too often any more. Amazing job to this whole group of ladies!!

  Came to Plato‘s closet yesterday afternoon and WOW! The store is incredibly clean and the workers were so helpful. A young woman named Allison Heckman was extremely helpful and very kind and hilarious to chat with. She helped me get a fitting room and when I came out, unsure about a shirt, she made me feel so confident. 10 out of 10 store would definitely come again! give all of your employees a raise

  My cousin recommended me to come here and so I came for the first time last week, and I absolutely love this place! they have pretty decent prices and it’s really easy to sell clothes here too!! the workers here are also the sweetest and most helpful people ever, especially morganne!! she helped me find exactly what I was looking for:))

  My friend just came here today to see if she could sell her clothes and when she walked in, the girl at the front audibly groaned as if she was annoyed by her presence. They didn’t take any of her clothes and the girl that groaned seemed annoyed she had to do the job she gets paid for. She greeted the people behind my friend but my friend got a groan?? Do better and if you don’t like your job quit.

  I love this place, I used to come here probably 2x a week. Eventually I’ve stopped because all of the workers are genuinely just rude. They give me pretty nasty looks when I walk in, when I walk up to pay, and even when I asked to try something on one time. When I asked she continued to raise her voice at me and tell me to wait because she was busy. Meanwhile she was just standing there. I asked politely and was already waiting at the desk for a good minute so I assumed she just wanted me to say something first, because like I said they are quite rude and don't tend to talk to anyone. Then when I came in once again to return an item the same girl finished and told me I was all set, then when I was about to walk away she caught an attitude and told me she wasn’t done and needed to give me my receipt. Why tell me I’m all good to go then get mad at me for walking away? Lol. These workers really just need to learn to be nicer and communicate more rather than just staring at people and always having attitude.
