  I have ordered a lot of things from LL Bean. I was lucky enough to have a pair of Moc Boots(ankle)that I purchased at a thrift store.I have used them for years(God knows how long they were used before me)but now have to give them all because the soles are getting slippery-n-the seams are opening up.I just had to say what a nice product.Maybe its time I started to shop myself instead of gift giving.Thank you guys so much for a nice product that allowed me years of dry feet-n-enjoyment.C Rosetta

  Great customer service! I came in with a raincoat that lost the waterproof property and walked out with a new raincoat in 15 minutes. LL Bean stands behind their products.

  Great clothes, AVOID THEIR CREDIT CARD!!!!! The L.L.Bean credit card is run by CitiBank. They have a poor reputation on-line for refusing to refund fraudulent unauthorized purchases and for very slow (2 month) processing whether or not they refund. Perhaps if you only use the card for purchases from L.L.Bean.
