- SSStephanieMay 3, 20265.0I can’t say enough good things about TJ. I walked into the store literally 10 minutes before closing in a bit of a panic. My daughter had just told me she needed an all black dress for a formal chorus concert at the last minute, and I had no idea where to start. TJ immediately stepped in and went above and beyond to help. He quickly found a great option, and on top of that, it was on sale. He didn’t rush us at all, even though they were about to close. He helped me hold the dress up so I could take pictures and send them to my daughter to get her approval.Thanks to him, we walked out with exactly what we needed, and my daughter was thrilled. He was an absolute lifesaver. Customer service like that is rare, especially at closing time. Huge thanks to TJ.
- NHNia H.Apr 27, 20241.0Express wonders why they are going bankrupt! Because they hire anyone to run their stores and their employees are the rudest people especially at lynnhaven mall. The store manager Catherine has the nastiest attitude towards customers and her staff. I overheard her talking about how she doesn't like dealing with Black customers, I guess she thought no one could hear her, like the audacity so I asked another employee what was her name. All people, no matter the color help keep this business afloat. Disgusting behavior especially to learn she is the store manager. Then a young man with black nails also very rude asked him about something on clearance because it didn't ring up and he just had an complete attitude but the young man ringing didn't want to give me his name . Overall I wouldn't shop at this store or recommend it to anyone. If express hires these type of people no one should support this brand.
- CCC4 CleverJul 30, 20183.0Ok experience. Nothing really special. Each time we've gone in to Express it's been different experiences. The last time, one of the employees was following us around the store front to back. I tested it to make sure and she was. We had nothing to even hide anything with, only had a small bag of women jewelry. Some lady was all the way in the back of the store out of sight for a while by herself with lots of items. Looked suspect to me but idk, yet this employee followed us around.
