  I'm very dissatisfied my husband it got me a box of dozen white chocolate covered strawberries. The strawberries looked old, the leaves some that were broken off were dipped in the chocolate. So you have to bite into the leaf.. For the amount of money they are the presentation.And in all it was not good

  Had multiple rotten fruits in my edible arrangement. Would not recommend since quality control isn’t there.

  I paid online for a same-day birthday delivery on 01/09. Called to speak with a lady at the Virginia Beach "mall" location to make sure the order was in fact received and approximate delivery time-frame, she said 12p-6p. At 7:30 EST I was told by my daughter that the order never arrived! Your tracking info online verified this. I immediately cancelled the transaction, sent a message for immediate refund, and now show on my credit card transactions that I was not refunded the entire amount...it's short $6.00. I want it ALL back! This was a horrible experience and I will be spreading the word everywhere I can! There is absolutely no reason for this type of poor service with a company like this, or any for that matter!
