  Had a great selection of arch support sneakers. I love that the store is self-service because you can try on the shoes at your own pace and not feel rushed. The associate checking me out was friendly as well. One thing that needed improvement though, was that the air conditioner was not running well or not high enough. It felt very hot and stuffy in the store.

  Nice selection, but customer service is non existent. And make sure you don't have to use the bathroom. The restroom door at the back of the store says ask for assistance, but there is no one in site. So, back to the front of the store to the cashier. Wait 10 minutes to ask for the unlock code, but no. . Your sent to wait again in the back of the store until someone shows up.

  I went there for some tennis shoes. The shoes I liked were not available in my size in a dark color. I don't like light colored shoes because you can see stains so easily. But I needed them the next day. I took the light colored ones to the checkout hoping the cashier could scan them and order in the desired color, the way I've experienced with other retailers. The cashier seemed kind of impatient with me because I didn't bring them in the specific color I wanted to be ordered. I said Oh I thought you could scan these and select the color I want. She acted like I was the dumbest person on earth and said "I need to scan the ones you want." So I said never mind I'll just get this color because I need them tomorrow. And the cashier said "So you DON'T want to order them?" in kind of a snarky voice. She did not try to hide her annoyance with me. I was the only person in line and was not holding up any customers. I said, well like I said I need them tomorrow so I'll just get these. She proceeded to check me out and offered a finish spray thing at an extra cost that protects light colored shoes against stains and moisture. So I paid extra for that. Within 2 days of wearing them, I had multiple stains. What a waste of money sold to me by a rude employee!
