  Lady at the counter , unbelievably,Deaf!!! She has loud music on plus earphones on! I have to repeat my self so many time to spell my name Samuel !!! Amazing! I just can’t believe how they hire people like her ! Maybe she is manger or supervisor??? But unfortunately! She stool someone’s job who deserves this job! I been to all 50 states ,more than 400 cities! I been buying from j crew or j crew factory for years ! This was dum !!!

  Purchased socks and surprisingly got a toe hole after second time wearing them! I went back to the store to find out why this could happen and what I could do but they had no answers except that they don't do returns, refunds or any remedy. Given my experience, I would not buy from this store again and would not recommend it.

  Wish I could go beyond 5 stars. A few days ago this week, there was a shorter woman with a brown bob working who helped me find 00 3.5 Chinos, and passed a super pleasant convo with me about the merits of Factory versus other stores' clothing, which feel increasingly rough and cheap and do not use 100% linen and cotton. I could tell she was a true exemplar of an honorable clothing store employee. She told me that was why she loved working at Factory, and seemed to know several other shoppers and directed them to what was on sale since they'd last come in. She is beyond incredible. Efficient and always on her feet, I wish I'd caught her name, but I will be back.
