  Today, Monday the 21st at 7:45 PM, my friend experienced discrimination based on her nationality by an employee named Paola, who claimed to be the store manager at this Windsor location. We went into the fitting rooms to try on some dresses, one of which we ended up purchasing. Clearly stressed, this employee refused to let my friend come in just to look. We explained to her that she wasn’t going to try anything on, but was only there to look and give us her opinion on how the dresses looked on us. Even so, she didn't want to let her through.Shortly after, she walked past my friend and made a derogatory comment, saying, '(Colombianucha tenia que ser),' clearly insulting and referencing her nationality. When we asked to speak with the manager, she was the one who addressed us, maintaining the exact same rude attitude and refusing to call another manager for us.I expect management to take immediate action regarding this matter. We are paying customers just like anyone else and were never rude at any point. Regardless of how busy or crowded the store might have been, making these types of xenophobic comments targeting someone's nationality should never be tolerated."

  I’ve been here a few times because they have some cute dresses with reasonable prices. But every single staff member I’ve interacted with there is rude, dismissive, even disrespectful. The management should really be ashamed of the way their employees are acting toward customers. I recommend shopping online to avoid having to go into the store. Sizes run small so size up. Personally I won’t be giving this company any more of my business.

  WiINDSOR Store in Tysons corner. Very bad experience at this store. The customer service was poor, and the staff had a bad attitude. This was my first time visiting, and it will definitely be my last. I spoke with the manager, and she was very rude. She said, “I’m the manager, I’m the boss,” in a disrespectful way. I wish I knew her name. This store is located in Tysons. I do not recommend this place. Horrible experience. I will be leaving more reviews about my experience.
