  The garter belts they carry are completely fully nonfunctional and I truly hope whoever invented them has a moist and warm pillow every time they lay down to sleep. Do not buy under any circumstances

  This has been the worst customer experience I’ve ever experienced. I needed a size that they did not carry in store so the sales associate encouraged me to order with them in store. However, she failed to mention that to do a return later I would need to have a physical receipt present and she had me pay for my order behind the cashier’s table where I could not see the return policy. Every single store now a days can process a return by scanning the shipping label, looking up the associated email, looking up the order number or using the credit card that was used to pay. How is it that a brand like this can’t seem to figure it out? On top of that there is absolutely no customer service available. There’s no phone number, no agents ever available on their chat and no one responds to the emails. It’s incredibly frustrating that I can’t start the return online or go in store for help. This company is an absolute scam. I am disappointed in the way they treat their customers and I will never shop here again.

  It depends on employees the day that I Went there was only one employee was working, and I asked questions Don’t bother to help at all. What’s the test different item's. It wasn’t that many people was in the store. She keep giving me excuses and very rude.
