  Outstanding service! Not sure why the bad reviews. The all women service team was knowledgeable, professional, efficient and super helpful. I just visited for the first time and I will return.

  Another good experience with an ALO store! Couple weeks ago I came in to exchange from another location. THE STAFF was fantastic! From the greeting to the product knowledge was outstanding! Gtown and Galleria are my two favorite Alo stores & highly recommend to anybody who’s in of a shopping experience

  Experienced largest selection of inventory for Alo store outside of the New York area. Excellent level of service provided by large and accommodating staff.

  I came to this store for the second time today. And the half of the stuff were pretty rude to be exactly an Asian skinny lady with a long hair wearing blue pants. And another blonde who came to me with a bad attitude and made me feel unwelcome. However was not everyone. Fortunately 3 nice employees were very nice and helpful. And one of them apologized for Her co worker behavior. I hope next time my experience will be better. I love to shop in this location because is close to my house and the first time I had a great experience. I don’t know what happened today. :(

  I had the best experience at the Alo store at Tysons Galleria. Yesterday, while trying on clothes, my ring slipped off in one of the fitting rooms without me realizing it. By the time I noticed, the store had already closed, and I was heartbroken, convinced it was gone for good. When I returned today, Laura, the morning manager, greeted me with a smile and told me the night manager had found my ring and locked it safely in the store safe. Before handing it to me, she asked me to describe the ring, and I showed her a photo of me wearing it on my phone. I can’t describe how relieved and grateful I felt because this ring is so special to me. Everyone I interacted with was kind and helpful. The customer service was wonderful yesterday, and I love the clothes I bought, but what happened today meant even more. It says so much about the honesty and integrity of the team. Thank you, Laura, the night manager, and everyone at Alo Tysons Galleria for taking such good care of something so meaningful to me. You turned a stressful experience into one I’ll never forget. I’m definitely a fan of this store now, and I’ll be back.
